2443563 - Cannot compile large query as it exceeds max memory in 12.5 SAP ASE

Symptom

In errrolog:

Cannot compile the query because the space required for the search arguments (value bytes) exceeds the maximum amount of memory that can be granted. Try reducing the number of search arguments.

Environment

SAP Adaptive server entrerprise 12.0, 12.5.
