2443642 - "Unexpected response from SuccessFactors driver: {"status":400} in SAP BusinessObjects Cloud when connecting to SAP SuccessFactors

• SAP BusinessObjects Cloud connection to SAP SuccessFactors is not retrieving/importing data from previously created queries.
• The following error appears under the System > Monitor menu Trace section (tab):
• ERROR ADMIN sap.fpa.services.resource.dm Unexpected response from SuccessFactors driver: {"status":400};
  Status: 500

• SAP BusinessObjects Cloud 2017.3.2

1. Go to Models -> Create a Model
2. Create a model using an App
3. Select SuccessFactors connection
4. Create a new Query/Select the existing one
5. Click on Import.

An incorrect certificate was provided when creating SF connection.

Please follow the steps in the SAP BusinessObjects Cloud online help to create a new SAP SuccessFactors connection.

• Creating an Import Data Connection to SuccessFactors

Pay special attention to the following fields

1. Service URL - The service URL is based on the SuccessFactors data center. It can be found in the SuccessFactors documentation at About HCM Suite OData APIs
     
   For example: If your data center is Chandler1/HCM (DC4) you would use the following Service URL: https://api4.successfactors.com
   
   

   DataCenter Information	Environment	Endpoint URL (ODataServiceUrl)
   Chandler1/HCM (DC4)	Production	https://api4.successfactors.com/odata/v2/

   
   Note: Remove the "/odata/v2" from the URL.
     
2. Client ID - See the API Key of the Manage OAuth2 Client Applications administration screen in your SAP SuccessFactors system:
