2443667 - Unable to Share Documents on Agentry Mobile Device SAP Work Manager and SAP Inventory Manager

Symptom

  • Missing functionality to release single documents from other apps to SAP Work Manager or SAP Inventory Manager
  • Impossible to upload documents to PM(Plant Maintanence) orders in SAP Work Manager (via Work Manager add attachment or via releasing single document to the WM app)
  • Cannot enable the interaction of the iOS Work and Inventory Manager apps with another apps
  • Unable to upload different kinds of attachments (PDFs, Excel Sheets, Word Documents, Photos and videos) from other iOS apps (e.g. mail app) into SAP Work Manager
  • Implementing attachment sharing in SAP WM 6.3 on iPad Air2 device
  • Cannot upload documents to receive Notifications and Work Orders within the Work Manager Application
  • Cannot perform document sharing on a mobile device
