2443834 - BSI TaxFactory cyclic is not displaying the new version

Symptom

Recently you have update the BSI TaxFactory cyclic, but when you run the Payroll Driver (RPCALCU0 or RPCALCU0_CE) or the Synchronization tool (RPUPAYUS_SYNC_TAX_DATA), the system still shows the old version.
