2443882 - Deployment Optimizer creates early receipts confirmation

When running Deployment Optimizer it is creating early receipts confirmation.

For example:

• Material: A
• Locations:SOURCE and TARGET  =  SOURCE -> TARGET

Checking ET_DEMAND table you could not find any demand around 03/06. 

However at table IT_ARCMAT you can find the order on 03/06: SOURCE->TARGET : 0001 A  03/05 | 03/06  

Receipt created on 03/06 but Demand only on 03/28
