2443904 - No data loaded in IT Service Management Analytics of FIORI Launchpad

Symptom

  • There is no data loaded after you click "IT Service Management Analytics" in FIORI Launchpad of SAP Solution Manager 7.2 system. Even though you finish the configuration in SOLMAN_SETUP for extraction and choose transaction types, you get the same result.
  • Loading dots cross the screen continuously but never load.
