2443931 - ORA-01031 when executing DBACOCKPIT

Symptom

When executing DBACOCKPIT related transactions or operations, for example DB02 or DB13 operations, it reports error "ORA-01031: insufficient privileges".

Looking into the log and trace file (dev_w file in ST11), it is running the following SQL command, which triggers the ORA-01031 error.

SELECT ... FROM <Synonym name> WHERE ...

Here the <Synonym name> can be:
SAP_SDBAH,
SAP_SDBAD,
SAP_DBCHECKORA,
SAP_DBMSGORA,
SAP_DBSTATC,
SAP_DBSTAIHORA,
SAP_DBSTATHORA,
SAP_DBSTATIORA,
SAP_DBSTATTORA.
