Symptom
- Error occurs when create local relational connection in Information Design Tool when database middleware is not installed or configured in local machine

Example for Oracle: DBDriver failed to load : C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\dataAccess\connectionServer\drivers\lib32\dbd_ctlib16.dll (The specified module could not be found. - JDBC: <JDBC Driver path>
Example for MS SQL Server: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver - ODBC: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified.
