Symptom

SAP Mobile Platform server cannot start due to a missing table in the Mobiliser platform schema and the Mobiliser feature is enabled.
The following error message appears in SMP server log file:
ERROR#org.hibernate.util.JDBCExceptionReporter###prefs-2#########MOB_PREFERENCES not found. Specify owner.objectname or use sp_help to check whether the object exists (sp_help may produce lots of output).
