In Introscope Enterprise Manager Webview you see the following error when you access to the metric:

"An unexpected server error has occurred processing your request. If the problem continues, contact your systems administrator.
Request: com.ca.apm.introscope.workstation.webapp.server.models.DashboardDetailsModel
Exception : java.lang.NullPointerException"
