2444492 - Msg 145 and Msg 15359 subscription database errors - SRS

Symptom

When you try to create a subscription database, the following error messages appear:

  • Msg 145, Level 12, State 0
    The route version (currently '1571200') must be at least '1571207' to perform that operation.
  • Msg 15359, Level 12, State 0
    Subscription <subscriptionname> for the database replication definition does not exist for this replicate database.
