Symptom

In Lumira Desktop, when logging in to the BI Platform, user is receiving the following error message if SSL (HTTPS for RESTFUL and SSL for CORBA) is enabled:

Error: Unable to connect to the BI Platform. Check your connection settings. (HDB 05408)
