Symptom

Need to change the Help & Tutorials section for Goal Management, how can this be done?

Environment

Goal Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Objectives / Goals
  2. Go to Help & Tutorials
  3. View Help text on the page that needs to be edited

Resolution

Help & Tutorials can be edited by and Admin users with the proper permissions.  Admin user will be able to enable or disable the help text as well as edit it.
