Cause
Uploaded offer detail template named "Manager Requisition - SubStatus" is named identically to one of the Job Requisition XML template (Highlighted in yellow)
Resolution
Make sure that you have a unique template name for your job requisition XML templates and offer detail templates to avoid this kind of issue.
