2444609 - Quantity in quotation item transaction history is not updated correctly after doing a follow up order

Symptom

Create a follow up order from a quotation, change item quantity in the follow up order, save. Go back into quotation item transaction history, find that the quantity is not the one changed in order, but the one in item pop up selection when you do follow up.
