2444626 - Error CK900 in CK11N/CK40N after deleting cost estimate by CKR1

Symptom

During cost estimate creation in T-code CK11N or CK40N, error message CK900(Material XXXX in plant XXXX already has a marked standard cost estimate) occurs.
But the user have already deleted the marked standard cost estimate by T-code CKR1. There is no relevent record in table KEKO either.
