2445043 - Slow SMP application performance due to database blocking

Symptom

  • SMP application performance significantly slower after services rebooted. 
  • Immediately after SMP is restarted the following errors appear in the SMP MBO server log:

W. 2017-03-20 07:53:21. <1275> [10106] Unable to lock the remote ID '200971d5-20c3-43f4-a3a1-1981fbba2cdf', will try again
W. 2017-03-20 07:53:22. <Main> [10050] ODBC: [Sybase][ODBC Driver][SQL Anywhere]User 'DBA' has the row in 'ml_database' locked (ODBC State = 40001, Native
