Customer is getting Initial Verification failed: Error Code [00-02046] Description: Other Reason Text format is invalid when submitting E-Verify Activity.

Reproducing the Issue
When trying to submit E-Verify Activity, you will be receiving this error: "Initial Verification failed: Error Code [00-02046] Description: Other Reason Text format is invalid"
Cause
The reason why this is happening is because a special character was used (e.g. period). See sample screenshot below.
Resolution
As per US E-Verify system documentation, if a ReasonCode of “OTHER” is entered, then a value must also be entered in OtherReasonText. Note that it may contain only alphabetic characters and spaces. Other special characters and numbers are not allowed.
To resolve this, just remove the special character/s and you will now be able to proceed.
