2445176 - Slowness when opening Upper Level Nodes in Succession Org Chart

Users experience slowness when opening upper level nodes (usually top 3 levels, for people who have a large number of direct and indirect reports) in the Succession Org Chart.

This mostly happens with customers’ top 3 levels, for people who have large number of subordinates and direct reports. The major bottleneck is the team size calculation.

In order to reduce loading time, customers can disable the calculation of the team size in the Succession Org Chart in general:

1. Go to Admin Center > Succession > Org Chart Configuration > select "Succession Org Chart" tab.
2. Enable option "Check “Hide the total team size for faster loading”.
3. Save changes. 

NOTE: This option is available only to MDF Position nomination method.
