- To avoid additional maintenance effort, want to know if more than one DP Agent is necessary to connect to all systems.
- Attempting to register the same DP Agent to multiple target HANA databases will have one of the following negative outcomes:
- Totally fail, overwriting the configuration for the most recent attempt each time you try to register a new system.
- Allow multiple incoming connections from different HANA systems to the DP Agent, and the agent is not designed to distinguish requests from multiple HANA systems.
