Symptom

The activation of a transformation fails with the following error messages:

  • RG102 Syntax error in GP_ERR_RSTRAN_MASTER_TMPL, row xxx (-> long text)
  • RS_EXCEPTION120 Operation  could not be carried out for GP_ERR_RSTRAN_MASTER_TMPL xxx

Checking the program GP_ERR_RSTRAN_MASTER_TMPL in SE38 shows the following additional information:

  • Component "RECORDMODE" of key "PRIMARY_KEY" of table "<_YTH_TG_1>" is not specified or is incomplete. Key must be specified in full.
