If the report is a SYSTEM DEFAULT report, the title could be localized for different locales by the following method.

1. Login to LMS admin

2. Open a Report for which you want to translate the report 'title' to another locale

3. Copy the report title

4. Go to References > Manage Labels > Labels

5. Search with Label Value 'Exact' <past report title here>

6. Edit Label ID precedding with "data.menu.<report name>"

• Example: Learning History report Lable ID: data.menu.ReportStudentLearningHistory

7. Click add one or more from list > Add translation of report title to one or more locale > Add

8. Now edit your admin preference > change your locale preference to any other locale for which you translated the report title and test.

If the report is a CUSTOM report imported by customer, the label ID for the title will have a format like data.menu.customreport.<report name>.

You could go to References > Manage Labels > Labels and search for all label with label ID start with data.menu.customreport, you will find all the custom report title labels there. And you could add locale label translations for custom report in the same method with system default reports.
