2445813 - ME 140 error for MAHN generated via ME91f for PO

Symptom

If you use ME91F to generate a reminder (MAHN output message) for a certain purchase order (PO) with marking the "generate and save messages" checkbox, the processing log of the generated and processed MAHN message shows that the message failed to be processed because of the ME 140 - No print-relevant changes to document & exist - system message. This only happens if you have already at least one confirmation (for example an 'AB') in the PO. If you do not use the "generate and save messages" option, the MAHN message is generated and processed without any problem.
