2445848 - ERROR #1028 Invalid column name 'conn_id' - SRS

Symptom

After upgrading the SAP Replication Server (SRS), connections are getting the following errors:

ERROR #1028 DSI(360 DS.DB) - eneric/dsi/dsioqid.c(2045)
        Message from server: Message: 207, State 4, Severity 16 -- 'Invalid column name 'conn_id'.
ERROR #5046 DSI(360 DS.DB) - eneric/dsi/dsioqid.c(2059)
        When executing the rs_get_lastcommit function in database DS.DB', received data server errors. See logged data server errors for more information.
The DSI thread for database DS.DB' is shutdown.
