2445971 - Cannot Schedule or Save a Report

Symptom

When opening a report the Schedule Job and Save button are not present.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In Learning Administration 
  2. Navigate to Reports in the left menu
  3. Choose a report to run
  4. Notice that the options to schedule and save the report are not present

Cause

The report is not published.

Resolution

  1. Go to Reports and search for the report you want to run
  2. Click on the "pencil" icon to edit the report details
  3. Check the checkbox "Published"
  4. Save your changes
