2446030 - Org objects not getting delimited when made inactive in EC

You distribute the Organizational Struture (Divisions, Departments, Business units, Positions) from EC to SAP ERP . Whenever one of these organizational objects is made inactive in EC, it is not getting delimited in SAP ERP (HRP1000).

• Replicating Organizational Data from Employee Central to SAP ERP HCM 

- Set the org objects to inactive in EC under 'Manage Data'

- Replication will be triggered

- The corresponding object is not delimited in SAP ERP (check for example in transaction PP01)

In SAP on-premise there are no inactive objects, they are all created as active.

Organizational objects can be delimited by filtering the inactive records of departments, divisions..., so they do not arrive to the SAP on-premise. You would need to create a filter on status for 'A' active records. Otherwise inactive time slices are transferred to the backend and processed as active time slices.

In SPRO under 'Personnel Management > Integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central > Business Integration Builder > Organizational Data Integration > Define Filters for Organizational Object Replication', create a filter for the corresponding object with filter mode 'Filter on Data Record Level':
