2446042 - Error: Invalid characteristic combinations exist

Symptom

  • When executing a planning sequence or a plan query, the error 'Invalid characteristic combinations exist' ( RSPLS_CR070 / RSPLS_CR 070 ) occurs on Planning Applications KIT ( PAK ) only.
  • The result of HANA / PAK runtime of Planning Sequence is not the same as ABAP runtime(sometimes even no error message). It can be seen easily by switching user parameter RSPLS_HDB_SUPPORT in transaction code SU3:

  • Error in function TMVL for value YYYYMM and offset NN (RSPLFOX163 / RSPLFOX 163)
