Position Overview : Column Assigned FTE not Pulling the correct data 

Advance Reporting

EC standard Reports--> Position Overview Report

Run EC standard Position Overview report and notice if you are getting the correct data in the Assigned FTE field.

One of the reason that Assigned FTE column might pull the wrong data is because inactive user are taged to that position on UDF.

1) Open the report

2) Go to calulcated column

3) Selected the Assigned FTE field

4) Click on Edit.

5) Filter on Employee Class filed is equal to Active. ( As showm below).

Assigned FTE: Sum of the FTEs from the Job Information table assigned to the same position
