The imported products aren't displayed in the Search for Products tab of Supplier Catalogs.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Product Portfolio work center
- Select Catalogs view.
- Select show All Catalogs.
- Search for the catalog XYZ(XYZ refers to catalog ID).
- Select Edit button.
- Navigate to Imported Products tab.
- Select Search for Products sub-tab.
The screen remains blank. No products are displayed.
Cause
The products in the Imported Products tab is displayed only when the catalog is not published. This is because the search for products is enabled only when the catalog is not published, which means that, after you've imported new products in the catalog you can see the categorization and search for products but after the catalog is published all these products are pushed to Published Products tab. Even when the catalog is successfully published with products, you don't see anything on either Imported Products or Published Products tab.
Resolution
Kindly add a product category description and you will be able to see all the products properly categorized. Please follow the below steps:
- Go to Product and Service Portfolio work center
- Select Products view
- Select All Products in Show option
- Search for the particular product
- Select Edit button.
- Maintain the product category description in Kit Description
- Save and Close.
