2446324 - Creation of full-system-info-dump fails with error "ImportError: No module named pyhdbcli"

Symptom

SAP Support requests a collection of a FSID (also known as "full-system-info-dump").

  • Execute via command line 'python fullSystemInfoDump.py [--days=<number_of_days>]'.
  • Command fails with error:
    • /usr/sap/SID/HDB01/exe/python_support/fullSystemInfoDump.py
