2446510 - How to map Primary field in Manage Pending Hires - Onboarding 1.0

Primary field is not mapping in Phone information section

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

By default, the value in Primary fields is set up as No.

If you want this filed to be Yes on Manage Pending Hire Page, please use one of the possible solution.

1. Identify the control on the Panel, use Property type Picklist, set up the key, display key and chose appropriate picklist Name

2. Identify the key in the Data Dictionary EC folder as code Based and chose same picklist that you use on the panel.

3. How to choose correct picklist for primary field?

The Value that System expected to get is Yes or No (mix letters). The picklist you are going to use should contain this Value.

Go to Admin Center – Picklist Management – export – check this information

4. Make sure while doing test that you choose correct value on the Panel – Yes or No. If you make changes in settings, please always do the test with the New Candidate.
