2446512 - Setting email format to "Text", emails are still sent in "HTML" format.

Symptom

Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

  • After installing hotfix 7.0.9.22, changing e-mail format from "Text" to "html" does not work
  • Emails are sent in "html" format, despite the specified settings configurations
  • Selecting "Text" only disables the text-formatting tools in CDT
