Symptom

Error 691 involving the sysgams system table occurs while loading a dump of a pre-11.9  database into a larger target database.

Msg 691, Level 20, State 1:
Server 'SYBASE', Line 1:
Encountered invalid logical page '0' while accessing database 'mydatabase' (6), object 'sysgams' (14), index 'sysgams' (0),partition 'sysgams_14' (14). This is an internal system error. Please contact SAP Technical Support.
ASE could not bring database 'test' online
