Symptom
- During the replication of Contact Person Master Data(transaction BP) from SAP CRM to SAP Hybris platform the following exception appears in Datahub logs:
2017-03-01 16:53:54,303 [DEBUG] [c.h.d.c.i.CompositionChainRunnerStrategy] Integration Key generation for canonical item CanonicalItem{id='null', integrationKey='null', status=ERROR, dataPool='DataHubPoolEntity{id=9301, name=SAPCUSTOMER_INBOUND_POOL}', fields='{relationshipType=HAS_CONTACT_PERSON, relatedPartyId=000000XXXX, partyId=null}'} failed.

- After the contact person has been sent to Hybris, there is not activity on SAP Hybris console log, as a consequence the contact person (B2B customer) is never replicated.
