-Employee ABC has a leave approved but the comments are not his own but from a different employee's(XYZ) leave request.

-Employee ABC's Time off page(highlighted is  employee XYZ's leave request comments)

-Employee XYZ's Time off page

This occurs if the Employee Times are manipulated either manualy or through imports.

Please note that the below Employee Times of both the employees are having the same 'Workflow Request' id. This is the root cause.

Resolution is to remove the 'Workflow Request' id from the ABC's Employee Time
