2447264 - Error and Warning Raise Messages appear together as an Error Message

When two or more raise messages are triggered, one with Severity "Error" and one with Severity "Warning". They are both merged in a Pop-Up with severity "Error".

This is expected behaviour

When more than one raise message is triggered on a transaction, for example, when clicking Save" on a portlet.
The raise Messages will be merged together, with the Highest Severity of either raise Message.

For example:
- If an Error and Warning are triggered at the same time, the message is shown as a Error dialog box, containing both messages.

- If a Warning and Info are triggered at the same time, the message is shown as a Warning dialog box, containing both messages.

- If an Error and Info are triggered at the same time, the message is shown as a Error dialog box, containing both messages.
