Symptom

Is it possible to associate more than 3 library IDs via item connector?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Cause

Item connector is designed to process up to 3 Library IDs for each item.

Resolution

Admins can use Catalog_1/Catalog_2/Catalog_3 column to associate items for maximum 3 libraries. This is the current system design.

If you want to add more Catalog IDs (library IDs) to items then this has to be done manually via UI.

Alternatively, you could also raise an enhancement for your ideas at SAP Customer Influence.
