2447304 - Change in the length of the display name of an email address

Symptom

  • You notice that the length of the display name of Email addresses has changed in the system, the display name of an Email address can now be longer than 40 characters.
  • In releases before SAPKB74013 the display name of any Email address that was longer than 40 characters was truncated.
  • An example of the display name of an email address is "Saptest Emailaddress <saptest.emailaddress@sapexample.com>".
