2447479 - Unable to Apply for a Job in RMK Career Site - Recruiting Marketing

• User is unable to apply for Job in the RMK career site as it redirects to the same page and does not navigate to RCM Career Site Page
• The user tries to apply to a job requisition, it throws error saying: "An error occurred while processing your request. Please go back to your original page and check the URL. Then try your request again.".

SCENARIO 1:

1. Start applying for a job from RMK Career Site
2. Click on Apply Now as shown above
3. Fill out your email
4. Press start
5. The browser navigates back to the Job Listing Page
6. It should go further to the RCM career site page to complete the application, however it remains in this loop 

SCENARIO 2:

1. Go to a job posting in RMK
2. Click on the apply button
3. It will try redirecting to RCM so the details can be filled, but it throws the error "An error occurred while processing your request. Please go back to your original page and check the URL. Then try your request again.".

• SCENARIO 1: The root cause might be the browser setting in use: SSL 3.0
• SCENARIO 2: For this case, it could be a misconfiguration in the integration in Command Center by using an invalid companyID associated with it, the wrong Data Center, the wrong URLs, incompatible URL with the configured in Provisioning.

SCENARIO 1:

1. Go to the browser IE Internet Options > Advanced and uncheck the option 'Use SSL 3.0'
   
   
2. Save the changes and clear browser cache

SCENARIO 2:

To fix the issue for scenario 2, you will have to review the integration configuration in both Command Center and in Provisioning. It will require the engagement of an implementation partner or SAP Professional Services to review it and accordingly fix it if needed. SAP Support is not authorized to do these changes.
