2447481 - Add Existing Objective Button - Performance Management

• The Add Existing Objective Button can be used when the Performance Form is not set to auto populate objectives from the Objective Plan to the Performance Form. 
• This allows the permissioned user to choose which objectives they wish to manually add from their Objective Plan to the Performance Form.

SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Open the Performance Form
2. Go to the Goal Section
3. Click on the +Add Existing Goal Button

The Performance Form template can be configured to show or hide the "Add Existing Objective" button. This is done through Manage Templates as follows:

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Select Performance Management > Manage Templates
3. Click on Performance Review, then select your template
4. Click on Edit Fields and Sections
5. Select the Goal section
6. Uncheck "Show Add Existing Objective button"

7. Click Save

NOTES:

Enabling this option will not reflect in live forms, new form must be launched to see the changes.

To see and use this button, users need to have the create permission for goals in the goal plan template.

The button is not needed if goals are synced to the form automatically.

Only goals from the assiciated goal plan can be added --> Currently it is not possible to select a goal plan from a list and then add goals from a different goal plan
