2447768 - Scoping The Question "Remove The Authorization For Unassigned Data Records" Does Not Show The Expected Results

Users can see business objects (e.g. Accounts, Opportunities, Sales Quotes...) where no Owner is assigned although the question Remove the authorization for unassigned data records is scoped in the system.

Example:

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Select the Opportunities view.

Opportunities without an Owner are displayed.

This business option allows to control data access only based on the criteria defined by the restriction rules of a business role.

Data records without any assignment applicable for the corresponding access context will not be visible to a business user that has restrictes access to a business object, once this option is selected.

For example, if a User only had restricted read access to opportunities, where he is maintained as the Owner, opportunities where no owner is maintained are not displayed for this User.

If the User had restrifcted access to opportunities based on territories, opportunities without territories assigned to them are not displayed for the User.

This question only ensures that the Users do not see documents, which are unassigned based on the access restrictions. This does not always refer to the Owner.

This is the expected system behaviour in SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.
