2448111 - Global Talent Search configuration for Managers not showing Global users

We have give permission for some Managers for Talent Search with target population ALL Employees.

Even then we are not able to search all Employees with Job Information Search Filters. instead it shows only Direct reportees.

Talent Search

Proxy in as the Manager for whom permission is given, Firstly Search without any Search Criteria as below

You get all the employees.

But when we give a Job information criteria as of Date,

We get only direct reportees as shown below,

 

In RBP Permission Role, the Job Information Action Permission was not given.

Once you give the below permission along with Job Information fields which are cliteria for Talent Search,

Also make sure you have the below permission,

We get to search all the Global Employees.
