2448122 - Login error happens when a remote monitoring SQL Server in an alwayson failovers

Symptom

A remote monitoring is established to a SQL server database which is in an alwayon availability group.
After the availability group failovers from primary to secondary replica, the monitoring side system (like Solution Manager system or some SAP system monitors the remote systems by DBACOCKPIT ) cannot access the remote database.
Following error occurs in SM21 log of monitoring system:

Logon Error: 18456, Severity: 14, State: 38.
Logon Login failed for user '<SID>_SAPMonitor'.
