Symptom

The Message processing is failing with the following error:

org.apache.camel.component.file.GenericFileOperationFailedException: Cannot connect to sftp://<user>@<SFTP HOST NAME>:22, cause: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: HostKey has been changed: <SFTP HOST NAME>
