SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
Our users are missing the Collections link under the Quick Link section of the Learning page.
We checked the Role Management workflow for the role Default User/Description: the Author Collection workflow appears.
However, when we proxy in as the user, the Collections link is not there (see attached document).
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Cause
The Collections will be visible under the Links tile only if the user logs in as himself.
It will not be visible when you proxy a user.
Resolution
This is a expected behavior.
