The Middle Name or the First Name or the Last name is missing in the Application submitted by the candidate

Reproducing the Issue
In the Application page while submitting the application the candidate is able to enter the value for middle name.
However when the Operators tries to view the application, they are not able to see the Middle Name as the application field or in the Banner, eventhough the Operator has the permission to see the field
Cause
Under Admin tools > Text replacement section the settings are changed to show only certain fields should be configured.
Resolution
The Middle Name will be shown only in the Banner of the Application and not as an application fields.
Under TEXT REPLACEMENT page in Admin Center , if the settings are like this
The Middle Name will not be visible in the Banner as well. Then this settings needs to be removed, so that First Name , Middle Name and Last Name is visible in the Application Banner
This is Applicable to First Name and Last Name as well.
