2449137 - OS Command DumpKPIs fails with error 'Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct.'

Symptom

The command DumpKPIs triggered by the Introscope Host Adapter to collect the BOE KPIs information fails with error:

<Error>Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)
</Error>
</KPI>

The following picture describes the error when testing the command in the 'OS Command Console':

Due to the above error, the BOE_KPIs are not available in the Introscope for the BOE server.
