2449159 - NL Exception when using oracle 11g database

Symptom

Using Oracle 11g with Hybris

The error occurs during Hybris initialization when using Oracle 11g database

The Error Message from log:

IO Error: NL Exception was generated

error getting system init/update timestamp: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor

error during acceleratorcms type initializer initializeCreateTypes() : cannot find requested type 'CMSActionType'
