2449201 - Not able to Change User's Password.

You cannot change the User's Password. In HTML5 the system saves but doesn't change it and in Silverlight the field is greyed out.

To reproduce the case on both UI Clients:

1. Administrator Work Centre;
2. Business Users View;
3. Select the Business User XYZ (XYZ represents the Business User ID);
4. Click on Edit > Attributes;
5. See the field Password is not editable.

Business User XYZ is assigned to a Security Policy that is not Password Enabled.

To check and solve the case:

1. Administrator Work Centre;
2. Business Users View;
3. Select the Business User XYZ (XYZ represents the Business User ID);
4. Click on Edit > Attributes;
5. See the field Security Policy and click on View Details;
6. Here you have all Security Policies available on the system and can maintain them accordingly to the needs of your Business;
7. To have it Password Enabled you need to check the box: Password Logon Enabled.

You can also go to the Security Policies by: 

1. Administrator Work Centre;
2. Common Tasks View;
3. Edit Security Policies.
