How to configure a Business Rule to create a Job Relationship record during the Add New Employee process?

Currently it is not possible to create a Job Relationship record through a Business Rule during Hire/Rehire process. You can add the Role to Job Relationships portlet/block, but you cannt set a User for it - this is the current limitation. Please refer to 2494615 - Hire/Rehire Wizards - Set Job Relationships using Business Rules

This is an enhancement request and it is being tracked through engineering ticket number ECT-54224. At present, there is no roadmap defined for the enhancement.
